Desired Profile   : Candidate should possess a degree/diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR & Statutory compliance.
Experience   : Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in HR & Statutory compliance.

Job Description   : Should have knowledge on Payroll process. Hands on experience in labor law compliances like CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment act, Gratuity, Bonus Act. Collecting attendance from all sites and regional office. Administration of statutory compliance as PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment act. BOCW Act. Preparing & Submission of Statutory Compliance reports to Labour Authorities & client audits. Prepare & Submission of periodical Returns & Reports to respective Labour Authorities as per labour laws. Documentations of records for PF and ESI Inspection and handling PF claims Transfers. Should have knowledge on Minimum wages act. Should have knowledge on Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra Statutory compliance. Able to track and control the documents & Preparation of MIS documents etc. as required.
Key Skills   : Proficiency in - Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, should have knowledge on Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra Statutory compliance. Ability to multitask, prioritize, Knowledge about HR operations will be an added value
